A: It takes 5-10 working days for samples normally. There are 35-55 days for bulk production normally. But it depends on quantity and special materials requirements.
4. Q: How about your quality guarantee?
A: We're 100% responsible for the damaged goods if they are caused by our improper sewing or package. We always attach importance to quality by controlling raw materials to shipments. We strictly control our quality and follow AQL standards.
5. Q: Does your company have any factory certificates?
A: Yes, we have BSCI, Sedex, Champion, Wal-Mart, and NBCU certificates.
6. Q: What is your production capacity each month?
A: Our production capacity is 100,000pcs backpacks monthly.

A: It is 500pcs each color. A small quantity is welcome, but the price will be higher because of much more labor & custom clearance.
